With 30+ years of experience in high-value property development, I help organisations define, design, deliver, and optimise complex built environments. My work spans across landmark commercial, residential, research, academic, and mixed-use projects including luxury living schemes, the £Multi-Bn North West Cambridge Development (Eddington) for the University of Cambridge and the Athletes Village for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
I bring deep knowledge of strategic, program and project leadership, governance, technical design, procurement, and stakeholder engagement—working from feasibility through delivery and into operation. I’ve held senior leadership roles at Riverstone, the University of Cambridge and Lend Lease. I continue to advise on Development, Design & Delivery Strategy and Project Reporting, Analysis & Monitoring.
I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, a Fellow at St Edmund’s College (University of Cambridge), a charity trustee and actively support the industry through judging panels and governance roles.
