With 30+ years of experience in high-value property development, I help organisations design, deliver, and optimise complex built environments. My work spans across landmark commercial, residential, research, academic, and mixed-use projects including luxury later living schemes, the £Multi-Bn North West Cambridge Development (Eddington) for the University of Cambridge and the Athletes Village for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
I bring deep knowledge of strategic, program and project leadership, governance, technical design, procurement, and stakeholder engagement—working from feasibility through delivery. I’ve held senior leadership roles at Riverstone, the University of Cambridge and Lend Lease and continue to advise on development strategy and delivery planning.
I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, a Fellow at St Edmund’s College (University of Cambridge), and actively support the industry through judging panels and governance roles.
